The value for money at this hotel is fantastic, with big, clean apartments. The location is perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Morning meal options could definitely use more variety.

All in all everything was excellent, had a very good stay for 4 nights. The staff were constantly best. The location was good and close to places we visited. It was located in a new area very close to center, downtown, and many shops and parking underground.

I couldn’t sleep at all due to constant noise from the adjoining room. The walls feel paper-thin, and I heard every word of their conversation. It's frustrating when you're looking for a peaceful getaway and end up with such disturbances.

The comfort of the beds was unparalleled, ensuring restful nights after busy days. The suite was not only immaculate but also had a good fragrance that made the atmosphere inviting, perfect for an extended stay.

I did notice a slight inconvenience with the Wi-Fi speed, which was occasionally sluggish.

All of the staff was hospitable and excellent co-operating. The hotel had particularly good location next to Riyad and parking underground and various Embassies.

Everything was overall clean and perfectly fine. In general the staff were very amiable and attentive. The hotel location was comfy and peaceful near the diplomatic area. We had the most very good few days there❤👍

The location is superb, with pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants within easy reach. My room was spacious and well-equipped, including a kitchen and multiple TVs.

I had a really great stay! The apartment was super clean and had all the essentials like cooking utensils, which was a nice surprise. The location is spot on—close to King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and there are plenty of supermarkets and tasty restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk!

The only downside I noticed was a bit of dust in the main bedroom, like on the curtains and bed cover. be cautious when walking outside since the road can get busy with cars. though, it was a really enjoyable experience!
